DIY SMD Stencils

Postby Rochey » Thu Nov 03, 2011 1:38 pm

Hello folks,

I'm a lurker on this forum. Wanted to share my latest work on SMD stencils that I did, and posted over at groupdiy.com (audio DIY group).

http://www.groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=46382.0

I have a small Zen Toolworks CNC machine to hand that I used to drill holes in the mylar.
I exported the cream layers from Eagle, and used CAMBAM to drill holes in the center of each pad. I found that using a 0.93mm (0.037") pcb drillbit works nicely.

Sorry for the poor quality of pics. I will upload better ones.

Thanks again
