Hi
I am just about getting a new reflow oven. Dima Breeze and Essemtec RO300 made it to my shortlist. I want pin transport since I do 95% double sided boards, there are mesh and pin versions out of both. They cost almost the same, so price is not a good criteria to decide.
So any sentiments on either one? Would be great ...
Thanks folks! Cheers
Linus

Re: Reflow
Hi
i have a dima breeze ,good 240V single phase True convection reflow
maybe only drawback it that a bit short but that case of all the 240V single phase oven
internal control system was microcontroller ,pc was only optional and for view profile
my one was mesh but got some trick so double side was no longer a issue
let me know if need more detail r pic

Hi
that is odd, the Dima Breeze I talk about has 3p connection. 8.1kW. Maybe they changed it. But, pic of your "trick" would be interesting anyway. Full convection 1p reflows, I found the mr260 from mechatronika and the mistral 260 from technoprint, both have mesh transport, which is why I did not regard those.

Hi
in manual it describes how to wire it for 3 phase or single phase
have need to bring a certified electrician since i europe it 240 neutral - phase and
in america and canada it 240 volt phase to phase (phase - neutral was 120V)

Re: Reflow
Hi
unfortunately, I am limited to 89cm doors so every part of equipment has pass a stairway (if it does not fit the elevator, which is not made for pallets!) and then through a standard door.
3p is actually not really forseen but we have all three pases available in the fuse-panel so quite easy job to add a ceee connector
Back to the mesh solution, I will give it a second thought ... just want to mke sure to have the good solution - no time or money to do it twice.
