DIY oven using toaster

Post by iso1216 »

Using PANASONIC NT-W50-S (1300 Watts) oven toaster, a reflow oven for up to 10 cm proto type board was made.
USB boarduino connected to a PC controls heater(S) temperature according to data received from PC and PC asks status every one second and draw graph and record time and temperature in a csv file for future reference.
Software for USB boarduino refers Dual_SSR_Solder_Toaster_Controller_Platform in github by Switchscience and modified for PC control. Software and data are in attached reflow.zip but note that reflow.exe is renamed as reflow.txt to avoid problem so rename it as reflow .exe after unzip and install with other data in the same directory. In actual use, PC and controller are set at side of the toaster since the top of toaster becomes very hot!!
