Good day.
In an attempt to actually produce some sensible documentation, I've been looking for a decent block diagram creation tool for use with Win7.
Many years ago, I used Visio for such things, but it has since been swallowed up, has a prohibitively high price tag, and I will want to use it beyond the 60-day trial period that they offer.
Does anyone have suggestions as to a decent free or low-cost tool for drawing block diagrams? Sure I can hammer some out in a basic drawing program, but I'd like the flexibility to drag elements around and move the connections along with them, rather than having to redraw every time.
Thanks!
Block diagram tool?

Re: Block diagram tool?
I'm a Mac/unix guy, but the freeware vector drawing program Inkscape ( http://inkscape.org ) has a block diagram mode.
