I received PrinterBot Simple Metal. The PSU came with the package seems to be broken.
1. When I plug in wall AC outlet (100V), no pilot lamp turned on.
2. With my DMM I measure output voltage of DC plug. It reads nearly 0V
What should I do ?
Could you arrange a replacement unit for me?

Looks dead, the LED isn't on. They will probably offer good support, printrbot is a super company.
Mind you, I would just also check the resistance/continuity on the AC side of the cord (disconnected from the power block and outlet), since that is easily replaced probably in some junk-box of cables you might have somewhere. It might get you up and running fast in the off-chance it is the problem.

*Also I assume you've confirmed the outlet has power :P. especially with an outlet strip like that it's easy to turn them off :D
