I just received a brand new USB 12 Analyzer from Beagle and followed the instructions for setup from their website. I wanted to analyse a simple thumb drive like they did in their example, so I hooked up my computer and the thumb drive as per the example but the software indeicates that the target host was connected and immediately (within 6 microseconds) disconnected. I feared this may be an issue with the internal connection so I tried moving using different USB cables, different computers with different OSs (Mac and Linux) and found the only thing to work is if I held the cable slightly to the left and slightly out of the slot. Then a brief stream of data would come through but then cease if the analyser is moved any bit.
I would like to exchange this product for a new one. I think the internal components of the analyser may have been damaged in shipment. What's the best way for me to go about doing this?

Re: Beagle USB Analyzer 12 - Loose Internal Connection
That does sound like a problem with the USB connetor.
