Hey guys.
I happen to be in need of something like: http://www.adafruit.com/product/1852 but one that also records the data at set intervals.
See I happen to have a few little sensors devices that are powered buy a USB port and I'm not 100% confidant in the stability of port (regardless of the manufactures assurances). Reason I'm not is that I've had a few of these sensors wig out on me (on several the wifi modules have died, and several the enter sensor units have died).
However when they sit on my test benches plugged into a powered USB hub (Power only, no data pins connected) I have never had them do this. So I wanted to record the volts and amps of what they are plugged into in a real environment.

Re: USB Passthru Multimeter Data logger
This might do what you need: https://www.adafruit.com/products/1549
It transmits readings at 9600 baud, so you can connect it to a microcontroller with an SD card to log data at whatever rate you want.
