Problem logging into Ustream

Hello!
It seems I've logged into Ustream before using the same handle that I use for managing myself on the site. Naturally it has disavowed itself (the widget) of my userhandle and keeps causing a failure on the Username and password. Is there someone where all of you are who could look into the issue and confirm what e-mail address is behind that username, which is available via Private Message.

Incidentally the e-mail address is not the one that is assigned to the user name here, which is what is upsetting them.

You (all) are very welcome. It happens I did get a response. They claim that someone who has an AOL address created that one. Which I believe is bogus. I have since responded and complained that unless they can offer proof that the other name was indeed the originator and even has a valid claim to it, it should be reassigned to me.

How he got it is a mystery.
