NTSC/PAL (Television) TFT Display - 4.3" Diagonal ( 1) Not W

I ordered the NTSC/PAL (Television) TFT Display - 4.3" Diagonal ( 1) and after connecting it, I get nothing.
No indication that there is any power going to it at all. I have a regulated power supply set on 12 VDC. I used a male to male RCA cable to connect between the Raspberry Pi and the display...Nothing.
Today I tried the power supply for my Lipo battery charger which is rated at 13.8 VDC 750 mA (spec sheet for the display says 6 VDC to 32 VDC) still nothing.

There is no indication that there is any power on the display
I think this thing is dead, and would like to have it replaced.
