I had a BMP180 connected to a Raspberry PI, with a breadboard.
The BMP180 stopped working, it was not visible anymore from "i2cdetect -y 1".
With the exact same wiring on the very same breadboard, another BMP180 worked like a charm, and still works, never stopped.
The wiring and the code are available form here: http://www.lediouris.net/RaspberryPI/BMP180/readme.html
What is the problem that can make a BMP180 stop working?
Any idea would help,
Thank you!

Re: Why can a BMP180 stop working?
Could be a bad connection/soldering. Could just be a bad sensor.

Re: Why can a BMP180 stop working?
I checked the connections and solderings several times, I believe they are not part of the problem.
So the only option left is a bad sensor...
Is it covered by any kind of warranty, or should I just forget about it?
Thanks,
- Olivier
