Best way to remove mounting tab?

Hello. I'm planning on using your 128x64 1.3" oled display in place of the clock in my car. The PCB for the device is 30mm, and unfortunately the hole for the clock is also 30mm. What is the easiest way to remove the mounting tabs on the bottom of the display? Wire cutters? Score it with a knife and use pliers to break it?

Both are viable options. If you have a good set of diagonal cutters, I'd go for that.
