RFID solution for Iphone and Android

we are team of software developer for computers and mobile however i am working on projects where we need to engage with RFID and it sensors for home use - i am looking for Electronic engineering solution for the following .
1. we like build RFID reader for major iPhone and android phones the device should be not act as separate but it should be inside the phone itself.
2. The installation should be very simple any lay man should able to perform
3. we required to have RFID tags which should be like stickers and it should look beautiful when it been stick
4.The Tags should always keep on pinging to master reader lies inside the phone with range of 5 mts

we are working pilot version and looking for engineering solution - so please guide us who we can perform and what cost is involved init.
