Duemilanove Illuminating half of RGB Pixel Strip

Hi there,

I'm trying to program two rgb pixel strips with an arduino duemilanove and it is currently only illuminating half of one strip. I have tried the 2 / 6 ports, 5 / 6, and 12 / 13 for the data and clock.

I'm using a new version of arduino software and have installed the port driver http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm for mac os x. The arduino is receiving the striptest but the leds are not all lighting up.

The first led is cycling through colors and the next ten are lit but white. Can you help??

Sorry about that. I wasn't sure whether to post under the arduino or led forum so I went for both.
