El Inverter Power Draw

El Inverter Power Draw

A previous post indicated that the 12v EL tape/panel inverter draws 100mA with 100sqcm of panel/tape connected to it. To make sure I am understanding this correctly, does this mean that if I were to wire 10 of the 12v inverters in parallel to a 12v 2000mA power supply, that I would be able to power 10m of el tape for 2 hours?

Except that you cant wire the outputs in parallel or the inverters would be working against each other. You could power 10 separate 1m segments that way.
