This Inverter (12V #448) 's descriptions says that it can power 1M of LED tape (100SQ/CM), but so does this one(4xAAA#564).
While it's obvious that the 4xAAA will die a lot sooner than the 12V one (if using the 8XAA battery holder),
my question is why the 12V one can't be used for ex 1.5 or 2M of EL tape?
Is it a heat dissipation issue, or is the part simply not suitable for "heavier" lifting?
If given enough power to draw from, would it die or would it soldier on?

Indeed, it says it can power ~6M of High Power EL wire vs. the pocket inverters ~3-4M.
Yet they can both only power 1M of EL tape?
This is mostly interesting since carrying one or two 8XAA battery holders isn't too bad, but running around with 3-4 of them would very quickly start to suck
(2M for front +2M for back, at the very least.. probably more )
