I am going to use a strand of 12mm Flat Pixels in outdoor project, likely under shower rain.
Connectors, wire end points and soldering points are secured and water proofed, box with other HW is watertight, and even have some silicagel inside, just in case
What worries me is waterproofness of silicone casings at wire input/output (see picture). If they are waterproof when still, will they be if sides will be flexed, or wire moved? Or should I add some sealant (like silicone adhesive)?

They are pretty waterproof with reasonable flexing. If you are moving the wires with enough force to break the seal, I would be more concerned about breaking the wires and/or internal solder joints.
