My Massive Red Arcade button has defective spring

Hello,

I ordered a Massive Arcade Button with LED - 100mm Red and it has a defective spring. The button does not click back compared to several other massive arcade buttons I purchased. On inspection, the spring is quite a bit shorter than it should be. Can you ship a replacement spring to me?
