Bought an LED strip, appears to be slightly broken.
I purchased one of these roughly a week ago, and finally got to setting it up. I've successfully hooked it up correctly, it powers up, and I can control every LED. The only downside is about half way down the strip, I have to hold the strip in certain ways to get the rest of the LEDs to reflect the data changes (the power remains on the whole time, however). It seems like the leads are slightly disconnected about halfway down the strip. What can I do to go about getting a working strip?

Could you post a photo of the strip at the point where the LEDs are floating please?
We'll get you a replacement, but the photo makes the RMA casefile a slam-dunk.

That does look like a strip with problems.
