Hello,
I recently purchased a Neopixel Stick 8 (order# 572391-6091079792).

Before powering it up I compared it to an existing Neopixel Strip 8 and it appears the one I received may be assembled incorrectly.
When viewing the board from the front there is a 470 Ω resistor in place of where (I believe) a bypass capacitor should be.
Did the assembly robot get confused or is this an intentional design change?

Re: Tech question about Neopixel Stick 8
on purpose, we add a small resistor in line with DIN to avoid the annoying 'long wires lead to spikes on DIN' issues people had been seeing :)

Re: Tech question about Neopixel Stick 8
Thank you! I originally asked because the schematic shared on GitHub shows each LED having an individual capacitor but doesn't show the added resistor. :)
