Dead Display: HDMI 4 Pi - 7" Display 1280x800 (720p) IPS - H

In March of 2013 I ordered one of these HDMI 4 Pi 7" Displays:

It recently quit working: will power on but the display doesn't show any input.

Is there any warranty on these displays? Is a year the expected lifetime? Anyone else have issues?

Our warranty return period is 30 days.

Have you tried different inputs? Are they all broken, or just one of them?

The display has stopped working as of today. I have not even had this item for a month. Is their any type of warranty or guaranty on this item?
I would like to exchange it for a new one.

How are you powering it, what are you using for an input and what are the symptoms?

I am using 1 x 9 VDC 1000mA regulated switching power adapter - UL listed[ID:63] =
$6.95 I purchase from adafruit when I bought the screen.

When I plug it in to the wall outlet the monitor does not come on anymore.
