PiTFT 2.8 NOT WORKING

Hi,

I have bought Raspberry Pi B+ with the PiTFT screen (Product#: 1601) few days ago, and PiTFT doesn't seem to work properly.
I reinstalled the OS several times, reinstalled the kernel, and did everything that I could try. didn't work at the end.

Additionally, The touchscreen works perfect and dmesg shows that the PiTFT is connected properly.

Yes I did, I did everything from the guideline given.
