I'm looking at all those wonderful wearable projects for jackets and whatnot using Neopixels. I have both the individual sewable pixels and a 1m strip. I'm worried that the temperatures we get up here would cause them to freeze/crack/die in horrible ways.
What is the designed operating temp for these and has anyone had experience with them in cold climates (we're talking -20C and below for extended periods)

Re: Neopixel operating temperatures
Consumer electronics are typically designed for 0C. They may work just fine at lower temperatures, but we don't know - we've never tested them under those conditions.
