Neo Pixel Blue LED Inoperative

I recently purchased 4 packs of 10 individual WS2812Bs (product ID 1655) and found 3 of the 40 Neo Pixels have blue LEDs that will not illuminate. Both the green and red LEDs work. Does Adafruit run into a similar problem with the WS2812Bs? If so, has the solution been found?

I'm not aware of any problems with the WS2812B's.

I've ran into the same on 1 of the 10 that I purchased. I've not tested all yet.
