I think my 3.5" TFT display is DOA. I tried it using the quick install method on 2 different rPi's, and all I get is a backlit white screen.
I tried it on the latest version of Raspbian, and an older version, but no go. I forget which combination it was, but the rPi wouldn't even boot after the script was installed.
Any ideas? Any eta on a version that works with the newest version of Raspbian? On the Rpi 2 B?

So it is looking like there might be a bad batch of these - there are 3 posts just like or similar to mine in the last day.

I think this may warrant an RMA...

hey googly, it looks like the side tabs ont he flex TFT connector are loose, can you push them in all the way and try again?googly_eyes wrote:
