Analog LED Strip Help!!

Hello all,
I recently purchased the Analog RGB LED strip and the 30 LED strip. Along with with TIP120 Mosfet. I wired the the LEDs up following the diagram on this page. https://learn.adafruit.com/rgb-led-strips/usage. I also used the test code they provided to test the LEDs. My issue is the Blue LEDs do not function properly. They dont light up brightly like the red and green. They are very dim, almost to the point they are not even visible. I triple checked everything, the components the programming, the wiring. I couldn't find anything wrong. This happens with both the 60 LED strip and the 30 LED strip. I am running them on an arduino uno, that is running off a 7.4v Lipo

Is this a product failure or am i missing something. I can provide pictures if needed.
