I tried following the "pitft" tutorial: https://learn.adafruit.com/running-open ... itft-setup
but changed the values for the 3.5" screen but I still have a white screen, anyone had any progress with this and can possibly help me out?
Thanks

Have you verified that the PiTFT works correctly with the Easy Install image?

btw the 3.5" display will not work well with retropie even when it does work
the screen will update super slowly because its 2x the resolution and you cant 'overclock' the chipset - just FYI!

Re: RetroPie with 3.5" tft?
I've got the screen working, but when I tried to follow that tutorial the screen just stayed white.
and okay, guessing a 2.8 will be a better idea than the 3.5 then? may buy one soon.
I'm new to pi's and everything so I'm not great with it yet haha.
