HDMI 7" 800x480 Display Backpack - Without Touch Work with R

Is this monitor designed to work with the raspberry pi 2 model b with NOOBS and Raspbian out of the box? I have had issues with another monitor previously, even after editing the config.txt file multiple different ways so am now looking for a monitor that will plug-and-play (ideally).
