Hi..

Some of the purchased LCD display units were found defective.
Fixed one … took a few hour to repair … but the flex circuit interface is damaged and not reliable.

Decided to check all the units
Found 8 defective LCD display units total … (one repaired )

Unable to contact your corporation by phone.
Today I just found out that you have a 30 day International return policy for unopened products.

I am sad….

Please advise ….
Please ship new working products.
We will be using the units to teach a computer lab course.

I'll send a note to the support team and you can email [email protected] with a link to this thread for a resolution. Thanks for using Adafruit products and let us know how the course goes.

Hiya, we can replace these but its unusual to have so many failures - can you show us a photo of the failures? we can learn what happened to avoid in the future :)
