Is this a laptop or barebone screen with keyboard/mouse?

Is this a laptop or barebone screen with keyboard/mouse?

As I was finishing the Adafruit learning tutorials for the Raspberry Pi, I noticed this picture:

Is that a laptop with HDMI input (I am aware of some alienware laptops that have it) or is it just a screen with attached keyboard/mouse plugged into the RPi?

I would really like something this professional looking (Barebone screen and keyboard/mouse.)
