Adafruit Proto Plate for Beagle Bone Black

I had this problem with inserting the screws in from the top as well. Happily, I found this thread and everything is awesome. But, I didn't really want to search through a support forum.

Adafruit, it would be helpful if you included a short note in the package which explains three things:

1. Which side is the bottom
2. Install the BeagleBone first & screw it in. If the breadboard is already present, it may be difficult to get one of the standoffs in place.
3. Screw heads go on the bottom, hex nuts go on top of the BeagleBone.

I took my cue for the orientation from the Adafruit catalog:
