dbl sided flexy pcbs need chemical free through holes

Hi
Making pcb's using a similar etching method. i found the site looking for a method to make plated through holes without using chemicals.

Im making flexible boards using this stuff called pyralux. Works like a chrm but i need to connect the bottom to the top.

In the past I can poke a tiny wire through and solder but I want something a little more slick. I was hoping a really small rivet gun or something like that. Ill keep looking but i was hoping someone might have a suggestion
