Extracting Gerber Data

I've got no idea how to extract all the info from eagle thats neccessary to get free quotes at the online pcb manufacteurers. Could someone explain this or post the exported files?

which file goes with which on the web submitting it to a circut company over the web?

yea im confused as well..which files are the top and bottom copper...is it the component sides...

ahh...sorry...guess google is god..sigh...well for future reference to anyone:

*.cmp = top copper layer
*.sol = bottom copper layer
*.stc = Gerber top/componant-side solder stop mask
*.sts = Gerber bottom/solder-side solder stop mask
*.gpi = Gerber information file
*.plc = top silk screen
*.drd = Drill Output or Excellon
