Noob from Austrlia

Post by Peter789 »

Hi all, I am a complete internet noob. I am concerned about privacy and I wish to buy this

Onion Pi Pack w/Large Antenna - Make a Raspberry Pi Tor Proxy

I have a Dell laptop. Is this the complete kit?
Further can I use it in Australia? Using my own USB dongle? using a Telstra- an Australian internet service?

Your Help is deeply appreciated. Thank you Peter

Just to be clear Peter, The Onion Pi must connect to the internet with an Ethernet cord. Then it is configured as an access point and creates a WiFi bubble that you could join with your Dell or any other wifi enabled computer. I built one and it did work :D
Good luck

Thank you very much. This means that the device is only used on land line connections.

Thanks again.
