You should update the PiTFT Enclusure product page (product #1892) to note that this enclosure works with Raspberry Pi model B rev2 hardware (all Model Bs sold since October 2012) -- the revision that includes mounting holes.
I was disappointed to find that both of my pis are "rev1" -- where the mounting holes should be there is Test Point 1 and a D10 blocking proper fit. I'll trim down the plastic posts with clippers and sandpaper, but I was disappointed to realize that my revision didn't work "out of the box" with this enclosure. Edit: It's a sweet enclosure, and after some quick dremel modification (took the top half of the standoff posts off), worked OK for my rev1 board.
