Wireless keyboard and mouse don't work

Hi team,

I purchase as kit of wireless keyboard and mouse (id 1738) around 2 weeks ago via Amazon.
At first time, everything OK with a laptop and Win 7.
But I left them around 1 week and now I can not use.
Windows don't detect them.
I tried with another wireless mouse (my own) and it's OK.
I test your kit on another laptop, same situation (not work)
I check usb dongle and found it seems be hotter than usual.

Could you please give me some advise ?

I'm not from USA or somewhere can easily ship back.

Yes, I tried with new full charged battery.
Nothing happen, led of mouse is OK.
Receiver is hotter than usual, I think.
Problem may come from this receiver.

I just purchased the same product and It works with my raspberry pi B but not my B+.

That's odd..

If you can make an SSH connection to the B+ (or just use another keyboard), what do you get from `lsusb` when the keyboard dongle is plugged in?

Never mind. The OS was outdated, a quick update fixed it. (The proper USB driver is not included in past versions.)
