Hello everyone
I have a trouble with my new Pi Display 10.1". https://www.adafruit.com/products/1287
It seems doesn't work. The green Led of the board is on, but on the screen there is no signal.
For sure Raspberry is ok, beacause i tested on a normal television....
I'm using 5V DC In.
Any Idea?
thank you in advance for your help

What is the amperage rating of your 5V supply? We recommend a 5V 2A supply

Re: HDMI Pi Display 10.1"
I use 1 A.
Today, after I read your post, I tried to use 2A charger but it don't resolve the problem.
The screen continue to be black...but I see something different: If I push the buttons, the led change color (red, orange, green...)
With 1 A the led remain always green.
Thanks

Thanks for posting! We test these thoroughly before they go out, so it'a always a surprise to see someone having problems. It's good to know that using a 9V supply can resolve the problem!

Thank you! updated the product page and tutorial. *most* work at 5V but it sounds like 9-12V is ideal
