Simple way to switch between multiple MIPI?
I am planning on either using a Raspberry Pi B+ or A+ for a project that would eventually expand into taking photos from four pi camera boards. But since the Raspberry Pi B+ has two MIPI and the A+ only has one, I would need to make a circuit that switches which ribbon is read. That is all fine and dandy if I had a MIPI interface to a prototype board but I do not think that exists (I could be searching the wrong terms idk). Are there any easy solutions to this?

A RasPi can only connect to one Pi Cam.
The B+ has one MIPI for the camera and one for a display. The microprocessor can't re-map the display output as a second camera input.
