I think my Raspberry Pi 2 arrived without the Q6 transistor. Is there supposed to be something in that location? The board boots but the ACT LED does not seem to work.

Raspberry Pi 2 possibly arrived missing a component
Hi all,
I think my Raspberry Pi 2 arrived without the Q6 transistor. Is there supposed to be something in that location? The board boots but the ACT LED does not seem to work.
