new RPi2 DOA

AFAIK, it doesn't boot. I've tried two different distros, two different power supplies, two different HDMI cables/monitors and nothing shows on the screen. The red/green lights go on steady and that's about it. Unless there's something I need to try, would like to return it.

Just to confirm: have you tried the most recent version of Raspbian or NOOBs from the RasPi Foundation website?

The v2 has a new microprocessor and doesn't work with older versions of the OS.

Raspian yes, haven't tried NOOB, I can if you want me to.

Have redownloaded/retried Raspbian. Tried snappy. Nothing.
