Can I use the PiTFT 2.2'' No Touch & Pi A+ with Camer

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to use the PiTFT 2.2'' No Touch screen with a Raspberry Pi A+ and a pi camera? As in... is there space between the Pi and the hat to get the camera ribbon out. Also, do you think the A+ can handle simple picture taking and displaying, or is that more a job for the B+?

On a related note, if I wanted to buy standoffs for better securing my hat to my Pi, what height is necessary? It'd be great to know for both the regular GPIO connector and the ultra-slim connector. My initial guess is 11-12 mm for the regular and 7.5-8.5 mm for the ultra-slim.

You'll want to use the tall header to clear the camera connector:

The A+ can handle picture-taking.
