Hello,
I received my order of
Order Confirmation No: 861347-8522877726
the: 1 x PiTFT - Assembled 320x240 2.8" TFT+Touchscreen for Raspberry Pi[ID:1601]
was unattached from the board, and doesn't work when plugged into a Raspberry that works with the same model screen.
It appears to have been poorly assembled.
Please let me know how to return and obtain another screen.
Thank you,
Jason

Check the flat flex cable. Make sure that it is fully inserted into the connector and the connector 'ears' are pushed in. Also check the cable for damage, like tears or kinks.

It is fully inserted into the connector and the connector 'ears' are pushed in, the cable doesn't look to be torn but may have been damaged as the screen was not attached upon reception.
