lsm3003 conntect to flora board

i had two lsm 3003 connect to two separated board off FLora . One suddenly stop working , any idea what could has happend.

power ,3.3v is ok but no reaction on any sketch?

As request this are picture's off the two boards who does not want to work ... out off the box , only solderd , power check on Ic .. but no reaction with my uno or second uno .
I have a BLE from redbearlab next to it , who on the same element and was working .

Sorry Adafruit , is this a support ? I'm willing to send the boards directley back to you and bay new ones .. but this is already one week going ... without any result .

Did you figure out the problem with the LSM3003?

What specifically is the issue with the Bluefruit? More details about your system would be helpful.

Very basic topic

what can i do more , i received some boards , at first like most common sence peopel i gook it up to the most basic board ;..a Uno .
With all respect , i never got it working with a uno board . What can i tell more ?
I have a simular setup for some Redbear boards , in tx , rx over blue tooth , no issue , it's all working .

But with the Bluetooth and lsm 3003 i could not hook them up in a basic setup . IS some thing happend in transport ? in the same package i had some flora boards ans another lsm 3003 . They are work well ?

Those are cold solder joints on your BLE board. Please reheat them. Make sure to heat the pad as well as the pin. A good solder joint will be smooth and shiny and have a concave section, like this:


In particular, I can see the solder pad on your GND connection. But all of the solder is balled up on the pins and hasn't flowed onto the pads.

Hallo rick

i did this resoldering with a weller , 380° eact
check ic voltage off 3.3v on the pins itself ... and all is there execpt any bluetooth reaction ..

what's next

What is printed in Serial Monitor when you run the echodemo example sketch? can you post the complete output?

i must say , that i find adafruit a great company on finding new products , but the support is not what i expected.

I,m a hoppy maker pure nature , but on the support side i ,m disappointed.

two items who did not work when i received them and endless mails about soldering and pictures is a bit to much

i hope this will change in the future .
