FLORA Battery issues

My Flora works with USB, but not with battery.
I have check the voltage at the flora from the battery and it reads 4.8.
I have check the battery on off switch.

Can you post a close up of the power switch in the on position? That would help

I traded my battery pack with my students and now her wearable tech works.
I tested the batteries and I am getting correct voltage all the way to the connectors.
But when I insert the connector, it does not work.
So problem for the student solved, but I still have a pack with a connector with trouble.
