Hello!
I am excited to start making with Adafruit, but am already stumped.
I live in Japan and ordered both GEMMA and FLORA from a company called SwitchScience.
My GEMMA is working fine, but my FLORA is not.
I have been through the forums, and it seems as though I am having a bootloader problem. The device shows up in my System Information as "ATm32U4DFU" but is not registering through Adafruit Arduino (Tools>Port). Please see the attached image of my Board, System Info, and Order info.
Product: FLORA v1
Issue: Not connecting via USB
Date Purchased: May 10th, 2015 (through Japan distributor)
Thanks in advance!!

Re: FLORA Not Recognized: Bootloader Issue?
Your Flora was produced without a bootloader. Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread to arrange a replacement Flora
