x0x as DinSync to MIDI converter

I've seen lots of questions about the reverse (MIDI->Din), but not about this. Can you have the x0x accept Din Sync in and output MIDI? I don't have a way to test this currently and don't want to spend money on something if this won't work. I can't find anything in the manual that tells me if this works or not. Thanks.

nope, that is not possible.
it IS possible via firmware mod, since the dinsync signal is generated digitally
but you're correct, this feature doesn't seem to be present in none of the existing firmwares
