Any ideas how to make a fleible PCB board?

I think I may be able to use copper foil and something. It should be quite easy..

You can buy copper laminate in thicknesses down to .007", and can get copper-clad Kapton (what most flexible PCB are made of). Once you have the material you can use the standard toner-transfer techniques, or lay on a photoresist if you're willing to spend a bit more on materials.

Once you have the resist on the copper, it's standard DIY-PCB.

Hi just read your reply yes spot on. I researched it today more and found that NASA use the same sort of stuff and I found it on ebay. Im making a flashing led watch strap for a nephew.
