Hello,
Im wondering if its possible to have multiple power tails II running on 1 raspberry pi. Im planning on using it to control christmas lights. If so what would the process be of hooking them all up to the raspberry pi. If anyone has any info on this topic please let me know.

Yes it is. You can connect one to any free GPIO pin and control them independently.wondering if its possible to have multiple power tails II running on 1 raspberry pi.

Re: Power Tail II
Thanks for the quick response.
What would the bread board look like when hooking up multiple power tails II? Im usign this as a guide: http://learn.adafruit.com/internet-stre ... n-air-sign but it only covers one power tail. The raspberry pi has 17 gpio pins but only 5 grounds. How could I hook up 13 power tails II to one raspberry pi? Where would the other 8 ground wires from the power tails go? Would 13 power tails even be possible on one raspberry pi?
Thanks for the help!

Re: Power Tail II
The ground pins are all common. You can connect all the Powerswitch Tails to the same ground if you want. On a breadboard with a cobbler, you should have room for at least 3 ground wires on each pin.
