I'm looking to take my project, which I've designed using the adafruit breakout boards, and minimize/merge all the components (as well as eliminate the items I don't need i.e. if using SPI I don't need I2C support). I'm currently using the monochrome 0.96 oled from adafruit and it looks like it's reflowed directly to the board and held down with some sort of adhesive. The eagle files all seem pretty straight forward and I feel pretty confident it should be too hard.
I'd like to use a 30 pin ZIF connector on the board I'm developing in eagle cad (image below). It's going to be a very tight design in terms of space (developing a wrist band) so I presume it will be bent at a sharp angle similar to the current 0.96 monochrome oled packaging.
I'm struggling to find a part number and eagle cad part for an SMT connector and was wondering if anyone has done anything similar and could point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Which SMT ZIF connector to use for adafruit oled?
