teensy with retropie

the topic is basically my question. how do i use it? i have a 3.1 and a 2.0 teensy so can someone tell how to use any of them with retropie?

i know how to use it in windoze and mac and it works flawlessly in joystick form. i want to use it with retropie, but it does not come up as a usb joystick. how do i make it a usb joystick that is compatible with retropie?

Does Retropie support keyboard input? Make the Teensy emulate a keyboard. Or maybe this is relevant:

i know abt the examples on the prjc site
whenever i connect my teensy to the pi it just doesn't read it. i guess there must be some sort of code or something to make it work.
if it doesn't work then i guess i will use a hummingboard and ubuntu

I have used this tutorial to connect my teensy on retropie

But control are not good , up stick command the left direction and other problem like this.

I don't know how to fix this, into retropie or maybe into teensy sketch with input button key code.
