What kind of connector is this?

I like this little battery that came with this tiny quad. I'd like to use it for a microcontroller project. What kind of connector is this?

is it the same 2-pin JST-PH connector as this?

It looks like something from the JST family, but that's kind of like saying it's made of plastic.. JST is actually the name of the company, and the series number is the important part.

The photo you linked doesn't show the pin spacing or keying, and those are the critical details. Your best bet is to try plugging it into a JST-PH socket and see how it fits.
